Vijay Shrestha - NSW

Vijay embarked on his journey with ICS in April 2012, and within just three months, his outstanding performance earned him a promotion to supervisor. Demonstrating leadership and a talent for building strong client relationships, he soon began assisting the senior manager, further expanding his responsibilities. In 2015, after three years of dedication, Vijay advanced to the role of Account Manager. Today, he oversees operations for both Sydney Light Rail and Parramatta Light Rail, exemplifying our company’s commitment to fostering growth and creating abundant career advancement opportunities.

Toso Naoupu - NZ

Toso began her career with a short-term role at Hertz Airport before quickly being asked to step up as Presentation Manager at AOR. Learning about Rollingstock on the job, she took on increasing responsibilities and showcased her adaptability. A highlight of her journey came in 2023 when she played an integral role in winning the bid for the cleaning contract for AOR stops, stations, and Rollingstock. Additionally, she formed a specialised periodical team focusing on working at heights (WAH), further contributing to the company’s success and demonstrating the growth opportunities available at ICS.
