Acknowledgement of Country
In the spirit of reconciliation ICS Service Solutions acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
RAP
Through the development of our Reconciliation Action Plans (RAP), ICS will work toward implementing practical outcomes with reference to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment through data collection and retention, targeted recruitment initiatives and directed awareness training to ensure ICS staff Australia-wide are committed to the targets and aspirations outlined in this document.
SUPPLY NATION
ICS is proud to be a member of Supply Nation, a not-for-profit association that provides opportunities for First Nations businesses to participate in the supply chains for major projects. Supply Nation partners with its paid membership of government, corporate and not-for-profit organisations to develop procurement policies that modify and redirect spend to include the traditionally underutilised Indigenous business sector.
ISEP PROVIDERS
ICS is a proud participant in the Australian Government’s Indigenous Skills and Employment Program (ISEP) connecting First Nations people to jobs, career advancement opportunities, and to new training and job-ready activities. ISEP leverages the distinct strengths and interests of local First Nations communities and employers.
