All of our operations are supported at an executive level by a team of experts in all functional support areas. Health, Safety, Quality and Compliance are managed by Angela Davis.
Angela has more than 20+ years’ experience in safety, risk and compliance. She brings a solid background in developing and implementing procedures to minimise and mitigate worker risk and management procedures positively impacting overall morale and productivity. Her approach is methodical in evaluating and optimising performance. This is supported by a solid understanding of:
- safety
- compliance & certification
- risk management & mitigation.
- injury management & return to work programs,
- Incident investigation & management
- human resources & training in multiple disciplines and
- statutory & legislative requiremens.
Across the many sectors Angela has worked in, she has been able to demonstrate the ability to collaboratively work with both internal and external stakeholders successfully to define business requirements for organizational processes, achieving productivity, accuracy to standards and Legislation.
Angela supports our operational teams and is available at all times to offer support, assistance and solutions to any issues that arise. Angela is responsible for providing all training and quality, safety and environmental practices as well as maintaining all relevant documentation and monitoring QSE matters relating to the greater business.
Angela works in close partnership with dedicated ICS management team, creating and communicating:
- Toolbox talks.
- HSE bulletins and
- refresher training modules
for consistent delivery to our wider team. Angela provides full mentorship at all levels of our business to ensure that Quality, Safety and Environment is embedded in our daily life.
ICS’ Quality Management System has been externally certified against ISO 9001 and is subject to both internal and external audits. The management system incorporates numerous documented policies and procedures, including a specific quality policy and documented work instructions which cover how tasks are to be performed, the risks associated with those tasks, steps to mitigate the risks and the personal protective equipment that must be worn while undertaking the tasks.
Built within our Quality program is all aspects of Operational and Contractual Risk Management and Compliance. Strong Governance that ensures best practice and contract performance. ICS hold and maintain:

Risk management
The nature of our work and absolute commitment to zero harm to personnel, assets and the environment have led to very carefully evolved risks management systems. In the development of our detailed work programmes and working instructions we design out risk at every opportunity. We continue to analyse what we do and how we do it as well as changes in the operating environment to continually evolve our systems and processes. These developments are then incorporated throughout our recruitment, induction, training and professional development so that all of our personnel are well qualified, up to date, capable and supported when the carrying out of their roles.
Safety is a number one priority, along with complete alignment with our clients’ as well as regulatory requirements and this is demonstrated with an excellent safety record across our client contracts. We diligently manage all inductions, certifications, Permits to Work, and incident reporting and ensure all Safe Work Method Statements and Safety Data Sheets are comprehensive and up to date. Our staff are only permitted to carry out roles they are qualified, competent in and trained for.
