Darren Boyd
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Darren leads ICS with a practical and personable approach. Darren’s primary objective is to enhance service outcomes for the ICS’ clients and build the platform for ongoing sustainable growth by developing solutions for clients. Darren is proud of our 2,000 strong diverse workforce and ensures training and career pathways are available at all levels, for everyone.
With more than 20 years’ experience in senior management roles, Darren’s career began in shipping and logistics, with a focus around supply chain management, before progressing into outsourced services.
Lisa Hayden
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Lisa joined the ICS team in 2022 and quickly became an integral part of our executive team. She brings 20+ years of business, operational and facilities management experience to ICS. Lisa manages all operational teams across Australia and New Zealand, managing financial, operational, and QSE performance. Over Lisa’s career, people and culture, service excellence and collaborating business to business have been key success factors and are evident in the way she leads.
Amy O'Connor
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & IT
As Chief Financial Officer, Amy O’Connor is a core member of the ICS Executive Team, providing guidance on financial, strategic and operational matters to the Executive, Board and throughout the ICS team.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting with Corporate Finance) and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) but it is her experience in applying her skills and knowledge within the specific context of ICS and the cleaning industry that makes her such an asset.
As well as her technical skills, Amy brings dedication and commitment to her role and the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong relationships, mutually beneficial outcomes and ongoing improvement of the systems which underpin our business.
Dario Falchi
EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER SALES
Dario is an energetic experienced sales professional who prides himself on developing client focused tailored solutions. With over 40 years extensive experience, in both sales and business development, Dario has worked across several industry sectors such as Catering, Facilities Management, Security, Manufacturing and Human Services with major corporations, such as Unilever, Windscreens O’Brien, Julia Ross Recruitment, Compass Group, Resolve FM, Chubb, Wilson Security ,Consec Group, OCS and Angus Knight Group.
As the Head of Sales for ICS Service Solutions, Dario is responsible for achieving sustainable new business generation and strategic account management at all levels with our clients. These opportunities are secured either by expanding service opportunities with existing customers, engaging new clients by proactive marketing and development or responding to commercial invitations.
Luisa Marinkovic
EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER PEOPLE & CULTURE
Luisa is a Human Resources Executive and Leader with 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience at a national and global level in broad operational and strategic generalist human resources within Facilities Management, FMCG and state government. She is a trusted professional who builds strong partnerships quickly with organisations to develop and deliver key people strategies to drive business performance.
