Tim Austin
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Tim Austin is the founder, owner, former Chairman and current board member of International Cleaning Services (ICS), the Adelaide-based company he has built into one of the largest and most sophisticated, privately-owned cleaning companies in Australia.
ICS growth has been based on the fundamental principles of clarity and alignment with our clients’ purpose and evolution, transparency across all dimensions of the business, dynamic and accountable delivery systems, continuous improvement via investment in our people, systems, and technology.
Tim’s personal commitment to continuous improvement as a leader and business innovator is exemplified by several residential short courses at major international universities including Cambridge, Stanford and Harvard.
Tim is also an active member of the Young President's Organisation (YPO).

Jeff Allen
Jeff is the Founding Principal of Pitcher Partners – Adelaide, a mid-sized Chartered Accounting firm based in Adelaide.
He was a member of that firm for over 35 years developing advanced skills in management & tax advice to a variety of national clients & their families.
His specialties include strategic planning for trading businesses, developing feasibilities & raising finance for residential & commercial property & consulting advice to the health & aged care industries.
Over the years Jeff has served on the Board of numerous community organisations, has been a member of the Board of Management of Calvary Hospital, has acted as Finance Director of the South Adelaide Football Club, & sits on several Advisory Boards of National companies.

Craig Lovett is the Chairman and founder of Incognitus, a boutique Event Management company, which has operated on a global scale since 2008.
